The Mindful Drawer
Mindful drawing is a way to calm and focus your restless thoughts. You become aware of your surroundings with all your senses. Remember the smell of cookies baking, and the happy anticipation you felt? Remember the sound of laughter from the playground that at one time moved you to laugh along? Let’s draw a beautiful map to those wonderful destinations.
